Pathogenesis and Transference of Trauma
- The Ego's Resistence:
Severe distress or illness originates when the conscious
ego attempts to close itself off, resisting the natural flow of inner
psychic energy due to intense fear, guilt or self-doubt.
- The Suppression of Spontaneous Emotional Energy
When conscious energy and attention are trapped by unconsciously
being anchored to the traumatic memories that are essentially highly
concentrated emotional energy, and one tries to suppress or run away
from experiencing it, the energy lost the chance to restore itself and so
repeats its past blocked patterns.
- Symptom Transference:
Because energy must move, overtime the subconscious is forced to transfer this repressed psychological storm outward into the conscious experience. This manifests as 'PTSD symptoms'—intrusive flashbacks, sudden panics, or physical ailments. - The Replication of Reality: By adopting the time trap of the 'fixed past' and the belief of 'forever damaged by that trauma', individual continuously re-materialize past fears and physical spasmodic reactions in every 'present point of power' and so PTSD becomes chronic.
Cellular Memory and Body Consciousness
- Beliefs Determine Bio-Responses: The body's nervous and immune systems are absolutely loyal to one's 'conscious beliefs' dictate. Cells possess own innate awareness and memory that are intensively responsive to dominant thoughts and expectations of the conscious mind.
- Bio-Mechanism of Chronic Stress Loops: When the conscious mind remains hyper-focused on a past threat, it transmits continuous distress signals to the nervous system. The body consciousness interprets these signals as an immediate, active danger. Consequently, the cells structurally and chemically remanifest physiological state of trauma - such as hypervigilance, somatic pain, or panic attack - directly into the present moment.
Overcoming the Trauma Circuit
- Examine Conscious Beliefs: By identifying and dismantling the hidden, self-limiting assumptions and replacing them with constructive ones, the trapped emotional energy is safely released. Such transformation of current thinking patterns leads PTSD symptons to naturally dissolve.
- Trust the Body's Innate Wisdom: Mentally be prepared to inevitably endure the pyschosomatic pains before fully reversing the trauma circuit. By the time of relapse, be mindful of stepping out of the way to allow the body's natural defense and self-regulating mechanisms to discharge the trapped energy.
- Acceptance Over Resistance: Accept life and emtional expressions as they flow naturally, rather than aggressively resist or fear one's own intrusive thoughts. Recognize diverse types of thoughts come to our brain receptor and the bad thoughts or hatred are part of human psyches. Do not judge or doubt on your morality, personality or mental conditions. Allow those dark energies liberate your blockage by simply integrating 'em as part of the self.
